If you choose to follow a virtuous path, the chaos and ignorance of this realm becomes more evident. We decide to find ways to skillfully and lovingly face manifestations of fear head-on, no longer seeking an escape through trivial things. Often feelings of hopelessness can arise, and at times these feelings can seem almost overwhelming. I find Martin Luther King's words to be a great beacon of light and inspiration amongst the darkness. I was reading his "Loving Your Enemies" sermon today and felt deeply moved.

The Sri Yantra Symbol by Richard Tyler

I recently had a very clear vision of what appeared to be the Sri Yantra symbol. I woke up early in the morning, and as I opened my eyes it was hovering above my bed around ceiling hight. When I closed my eyes it was still visible. At first the triangles were separate, but then they slowly came together and overlapped to create the completed symbol.
